Heather McKelvey author’s technique
Master the art of beautiful writing in place of TV shows, stress, and routine, even if writing is not yet your strongest suit
Neat and organized letters are more than just handwriting
Calligraphy is more than a hobby — it is a meditative, relaxing activity
Imagine coming home in the evening, settling down at your desk, and simply starting to rewrite a poem or a phrase. Your mind slows down, and your hand glides across the paper, creating elegance. You will feel all that agitation and pressure slowly slip away. All it takes is 30 minutes of writing every day to clear your mind, relax and soothe your soul
Calligraphy is your therapist and silent listener...

Be a few steps closer to perfect handwriting

Unwind and get your mind off stress and monotony

Exercise the brain’s right and left hemispheres

Get inspired and unleash your creativity
Calligraphy isn’t just about fixing your handwriting or writing beautifully, it’s also a kind of art therapy
For adults it’s a way to relieve stress and find some time for themselves, and for children it builds focus and patience
While you write letter by letter, your phone stays aside and your mind gets a rest
You can start from zero, even if you’ve never tried it before. It suits both adults and children aged 7 and up
